Coatings Coverage Calculator
Calculate how much coating you need to cover your job's square footage with MIL-DTL-24441, MIL-PRF-24635, MIL-DTL-24607, TT-P-645B, or TPD-1000A.
These are theoretical values. Please review "How much I should buy?" to adjust for your job.

How much should I buy?
Take the theoretical calculation above, and adjust for these factors.
- mil thickness -- The thicker you apply, the more you'll need.
- condition of surface -- Rougher surfaces require more coating.
- application method -- Brushing and rolling require more coating than spraying.
- overage -- Consider touch-up, waste, and difficult to measure surfaces.
Taking these factors into account, you may need 10-25% more than the theoretical full coverage.
